Interior waterproofing uses vertical Mira drains and French drains along foundation footings and stem walls to encapsulate the basement from the outside.  We place new drainage pipes at the side of the footings and cover them with P-gravel and drainage fabric, which redirects water to the exterior by gravity or a sump pump. This system provides a highly effective and cost-efficient way to control water intrusions.
